In my private practice, I specialize in working with young people and adults, navigating stress, identity development, performance anxiety, depression, and burnout. My approach is trauma-informed, equity-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy. I have a proven track record in supporting clients with substance use recovery, grief and loss, and life transitions, always centering cultural humility and client empowerment. Beyond therapy, my professional background includes curriculum design, training facilitation, and clinical consultation for schools, nonprofits, and community agencies. I value supervision as a space for reflection, skill-building, and professional confidence, while also preparing RCSWIs to navigate ethical dilemmas, documentation standards, and the realities of clinical practice.
