The Wellness Collective Foundation was created to invest in the future of the mental health field by strengthening pathways for emerging clinicians of color. We focus on building access through mentorship, scholarships, and community-driven programs that break down barriers to licensure and professional growth. Our commitment is to equip the next generation of mental health clinicians with the tools, support, and opportunities they need to thrive as impactful leaders in mental health. We are honored to embark on this journey and look forward to the difference it will make in our communities. We are looking forward to launching in the near future.

The organization is committed to addressing systemic barriers that make licensure less accessible for underrepresented groups by providing:

• Financial assistance (e.g., supervision stipends, exam prep scholarships, licensing fee support).

• Mentorship and supervision from experienced licensed mental health professionals.

• Professional development and training to strengthen clinical expertise and ensure culturally responsive, high-quality care.

• Advocacy and awareness initiatives to reform inequities in the mental health licensure system.

The ultimate goal is to increase the number of highly qualified, licensed clinicians of color in the mental health field, expanding access to care for diverse communities. Together, we seek to expand access to compassionate care and drive meaningful change in the mental health field.
